Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for you to join our client team based in the city fringe and close to public transport.
As a Records Administrator, your role will be critical in maintaining the company database, processing documentation, and providing excellent customer service to our valuable clients. You will be a vital member of the team, ensuring that our records are always accurate and up-to-date to support the learning and development of our customers.
**This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role that offers 2days a week WFH.**
- Provide an efficient and effective service to all existing and potential customers.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times when dealing with all internal and external customers.
- All calls resolved at point of receipt or escalated through appropriate hand on procedure.

**Preferred Requirements**:
- Proven experience in database management and administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
