**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

To contribute to the efficient, professional operation of the clinical records service by being a team player and performing clerical tasks as required in supporting quality patient care. These duties may include manning the reception area, delivering records to the main hospital, processing research and audit requests, using the department vehicle for deliveries or to retrieve records from the Greenlane Clinical Centre secondary storage area or archiving boxes of scanned records.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Administration experience
- Full New Zealand drivers licence
- Good computer skills using MS Office
- Working knowledge of the Privacy Act and how it relates to health
