**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our close-knit Transmission team based in Taupo. We’re looking for someone who is results driven, with strong analytical & communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external parties.

**Duties will include**
- Processing of Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments
- Assisting in administrating the delivery of contract services to our Clients
- Updating of jobs and processing of claims
- Other general office administration as required

**Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills**
- Experience of providing good quality administration support.
- Must have a confident and friendly approach with strong customer service orientation
- Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Must have good attention to detail
- Some knowledge of Maximo, Sharepoint, JD Edwards or similar would be an advantage.
- Current drivers licence would be desirable but not essential.
