As the Health and Safety (H&S) Administrator for CARTERS Taupo branch, you will champion H&S processes and initiatives while maintaining records and our database "Risk Manager". This is an excellent role to develop H&S knowledge and understanding, utilising the national resources and working with the Regional Health and Safety Manager to ensure that the branch and it team members are part of an active Health and Safety culture.

You'll be expected to provide exceptional administrative services. If you thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes, then we want you on our team. Your initiative will shine through your attention to detail as will your willingness to lend a hand.

You'll have a range of duties - so expect to:

- Be the Branch's point of call for all things related to Health & Safety administration/coordination
- Actively participate in identification and reporting of near misses and implementation of effective solutions
- Assist the Health & Safety team with effective clerical and administration services
- Maintain accurate database in Risk Manager system and produce reports
- Process and maintain secure documentation records and filing
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Experience working in similar role desirable
- Awareness of Health & Safety legislation
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
