Medical Receptionist / Hearing Care Specialist

Triton Hearing Taupo provides specialist hearing testing and hearing devices to help their customers reconnect with the world they love.

The key focus of this role is to provide outstanding customer service within the clinic, store or virtual client care environment in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, and facilitating an excellent client journey. Backing up this great service experience for clients will be operational excellence in the administrative running of the clinic.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Welcoming clients and delivering personalised care
- Basic diary management
- Answering phones
- Selling consumables

What we’re looking for:
First and foremost we’re looking for someone who is personable and calm, confident dealing with the public and capable of communicating sometimes complex information. You’ll be organised, with a high level of attention to detail and computer proficiency. Experience in an office or retail environment would be ideal, and experience of diary management would be an advantage.

On the job training will be provided to develop expertise and confidence in all aspects of hearing healthcare, hearing testing and knowledge of hearing devices.
