We are seeking a competent person to join our Service department team. We have experienced continuous growth over the last year, and we now need another team member to keep momentum going.

This is a varied role so there is no risk of ever getting bored Customer service is a huge focus. You will have a natural ability to engage with people from different walks of life and to really understand what going the extra mile means.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven previous experience in administration / Customer service roles. You will have good computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and most importantly have initiative and a can-do attitude. Working in a large team you will need to get along with people from all backgrounds and will be able to remain calm under pressure.

This is a full-time position, 7:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.

You don’t need to know a lot about cars or have an extensive previous experience as full training will be provided and you will be supported by existing Service Department Team members.
