**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible in converting unlimited warm leads into SALES via the telephone
- NO cold calling involved - these prospects are eagerly expecting your call
- Responsibility for achieving high daily productivity with pure focus on smashing KPI’s
- Identifying the patients’ needs and working with the doctor to find suitable treatments for the patient
- Communicating clear, empathetic, and concise information to patients following medically compliant consultative sales script
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
- Always maintains a positive, helpful, and professional attitude towards prospects and patients
- Manage patient calls and appointments promptly and effectively
- Patient account management—to process customer accounts; maintain records of patient interactions, ensure details are updated accurately and properly endorsed

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional tone and empathy, and ability to establish rapport quickly
- Huge determination and drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Call centre experience is an advantage
- Personal Trainer experience and advantage
- Previous sales experience is important, but not essential
