**About the role**

We’re a few years into our journey and you’ll take the gold that has already been achieved and work courageously and collaboratively across our Co-op to ensure D&I is part of the fabric of our Co-op. You’ll;
- Research, develop, recommend, and execute strategies and initiatives with tangible outcomes that will foster our diversity goals across the Co-op.
- Support and grow our Employee Networks who form part of Diversity & Inclusion at Foodies acting as their main advocate; supporting them to initiate action, create safe inclusive spaces and feel proud, confident and supported in what they do.
- Monitor and evaluate progress on Diversity and Inclusion against our strategic ambitions and manage related data to inform our work and measure impact.
- Facilitate and deliver (where appropriate) learning initiatives across our Co-op that increase awareness and education around inclusion & diversity.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working across diversity and inclusion topics ideally from a large, complex organisation
- Great communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate and influence across all levels
- A strategic, open and curious mind with demonstrable experience in delivering programmes of work.
- An understanding of, and commitment to Te Ao Māori
