**Job Summary**:

As a key influencer for the PSE Team we are looking for an experienced Business Controller to support the Finance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of data, presentation of the information and support the business actions. While driving the financial planning and forecasting for PSE, you will contribute to secure effectiveness of internal controls.

Based in Hamilton New Zealand, this position reports to the Finance Director.

**What you will do**:

- Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, making recommendations to senior management.
- Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (e.g. Product, Customer) and drive or recommend corrective actions.
- Perform Business case follow-up (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases.
- Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process for the respective function, also by using economic indicators (e.g. exchange rates, inflation etc.).
- Support the development of new tools/procedures and ensure implementation for the PSE Team.
- Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects.
- Coach, advise or train relevant staff and stakeholders as required.
- Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report noncompliant issues.

**We believe you have**:

- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance/Business Control position.
- Strong IT skills especially in SAP R/3, BO and Power Bi.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
