Due to an increase in demand for our services, we have an excellent opportunity in our team for an administrator to join our Business Support Service Team. You will be working with a major client that is a well-known domestic dairy brand who are also growing their wholesale export business. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful in this role.

A good communicator is essential, have an interest in accounting, strong numerical skills and a great attention to detail. The following would be an advantage;
- Proficient in Xero
- At least 2 years experience in accounts payable.

As a result, you will be able to develop and or enhance your skills around process and systems improvements.

This is a permanent fulltime position and in this role, you will be responsible for:

- Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Process payments to suppliers
- Ensure the Accounts Payable processes are up to date, robust and adhere to strong corporate governance
- Manage purchase orders to ensure triple matching between PO, good receipt and invoice
- Freight reconciliations
- Answering account queries
- Other tasks supporting finance and administration
- Performing quality control checks
- General support across the BSS Team
- Support to our BAS Accounting Team
