**_About the role:_**

You are a key member of the Fliway Logistics team to work with different stakeholders in managing and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and warehouse inventory integrity by completing cyclic counts and discrepancy investigations, along with reporting all non-conformances with warehouse operating directly affecting the integrity of inventory, held along with management of commercial returns processing and damaged inventory management in line with customer requirements.

**_To be successful as the Inventory specialist, you will:_**
- Be responsible for the cycle counts to ensure the inventory integrity.
- Able to complete the stock movement requests accurately in a timely manner.
- Be able to complete count sheets in line with business requirements and maintain records of all counts completed.
- Helping with trouble shooting, investigations when required.
- Reporting variances to clients within agreed frequency and following up on required store transfers.
- Complete stock transfers request received from clients within a timely manner.
- Be able to work with computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Mathematical knowledge is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Should be proactive and a quick learner.
- Organisational skills required.

Previous logistics and warehouse experience with a good geographical knowledge of New Zealand will be an added advantage.

You will also like the fact that we pay competitively, offer scope for advancement and we're located in Auckland. This is a fulltime permanent role, reporting to the Inventory Manager. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with normal working hours between 7am and 3:30pm and the hourly rate for the role is $30.29 per hour.
