**About the Role**:
Wholly owned by Spark NZ, and operating as part of the Spark business Group, we are Adroit IoT. We specialise in world-leading, real time Environmental Monitoring. We are on the hunt for a Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join our team for a 10-12 month fixed term to cover Parental Leave.

This is an exciting and varied role that involves inventory planning, purchasing and shipping equipment from multiple suppliers, liaising with our logistics partner, managing the inventory held in our warehouse, and assisting with the creation of monthly client invoices for equipment and services.

**Day to day you will**:

- Planning/forecasting inventory requirements to meet expected sales demand
- Managing procurement and delivery of equipment from multiple suppliers
- Managing the Zoho inventory including components, products, and pricing
- Processing inwards/outward inventory movements in the Inventory system
- Entering client sales orders and preparing inventory for project delivery team
- Processing, picking inventory orders, assisting with packing and dispatching
- Managing twice-yearly stock takes coordinating other team members
- Assisting with monthly client invoicing and ad hoc inventory queries

**What experience you'll bring**:
You will be someone who has at least three years of experience working in inventory management and has predominantly administrative and also some hands-on inventory experience. Previous experience in procurement would be beneficial but is not essential for the role.

You will have an eye for detail, be highly numerate and have a proven ability to accurately record information. You will be reliable, have a great attitude, excellent communicator and team player.
