**About the Role**:
As an Inventory Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting our supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting daily cycle counting and collaborating with our esteemed DC Team Leaders to analyse discrepancies and enhance efficiency
- Ensuring end-to-end inventory accuracy by receipting purchase orders, resolving negative stock issues, investigating bin locations, and maintaining precise in/out transfer records
- Supporting our Inventory & Product Specialist in investigating and improving product quality to maintain a competitive advantage
- Auditing crucial processes such as pick and pack accuracy, order processing, and put away procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicating and influencing the wider team regarding the product life cycle of glass, driving inventory accuracy and efficient storage based on sales demand

**To Thrive in this Role, You’ll Bring**:

- Experience utilizing ERP systems or possessing a working knowledge of Microsoft D365 WMS
- A minimum of 3-5 years of stock management experience, including cycle counts, stock takes, and category management
- Supply Chain Management certifications or a relevant degree to showcase your comprehensive knowledge
- MPI compliance certification (Transitional Facility Operator or Authorised Person) for ensuring regulatory compliance
- A current and valid driver’s license to navigate the exciting challenges that lie ahead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information
