**Job Description**:
We are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team of 3, based in our Crooks Road office in East Tamaki. You will be actively involved in, and have responsibilities in reporting, forecasting, planning, sourcing, and inventory management for JDE Peets New Zealand to provide customers the coffee and tea that they love

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- ** Supply Planning** -** **Work with external suppliers to maintain an optimal inventory level. Monitor potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- ** NDP Management - **Work closely with the wider team to manage lifecycle FIFO and ensure supply.****:

- **Order fulfilment** - Coordinate with Logistics and CS team on order processing and fulfilment to meet DIFOT requirement.
- ** Reporting** - Generate and analyze regular inventory reports and taking ownership of slow-moving inventory and preparing action plans to mitigate waste.
- ** Continuous Improvement** - Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and propose and implement solutions.

For this role as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Valid NZ unrestricted Work Visa
- 2 years’ experience within the FMCG and/or supply chain industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience working on SAP ERP will be highly regarded.
- You are analytically focused, with the ability to creatively problem solve complex situations.
- Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and work autonomously.
