**About the role**

As a Senior Digital Product Owner you will be working in a future-focused Digital Transformation team who are responsible for leading and creating innovative digital consumer facing products and services that truly differentiate us from our competitors by creating memorable ‘value add’ customer experiences.

You’ll help lead the use of modern techniques, toolsets, and paradigms that allow us to be innovative, agile and resilient; adapting and acting fast to differentiate ourselves in an increasingly competitive, data connected and digital-driven world.

You will also be leading teams throughout the life cycle of products, to deliver create value, solve customer problems, meet business objectives and mentoring and developing our junior Product owners’ roles, along with helping to introduce new frameworks and ways of working in the Product Owner and delivery space.

**About You**:
You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job, constantly curious and always seeking to improve your knowledge. You will also have excellent communication and relationship building skills as there are multiple touch points across the business. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills will also paramount to your success.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge in customer-facing technologies, data structures, APIs, and web/mobile development.
- Experience with content management systems, web standards, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital performance tools
- Experience leading teams/scrum teams to manage performance and business output as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
- High competency in performance reporting and outcome delivery and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in product techniques and experimentation.
- Retail experience within digital is preferred.
