**Mō te tūranga | About the role**

Core responsibilities include:

- Assist with compliance monitoring of well drilling consents, so site visits may be required
- Respond to enquiries and complaints relating to well drilling or water take records
- Accurate and timely database entry of water take records received from consent holders

**Mō te tangata | About you**
- A high level of computer skills and enjoy data processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be results and solution-focused
- Good organisational skills including time management, prioritising and multi-tasking

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent industry knowledge in resource management or related field e.g. environmental planning, science

You will have the support of a professional team of varying skillsets and expertise across the Regional Consents Section, while having considerable responsibility and independence with your own projects.
