Warner Bros Discovery NZ is looking for a Media Logistics/Media Library support person to join the Media Operations team as a Media Logistics Coordinator. This role is based in Auckland and requires someone with excellent attention to detail, great customer service and a can-do attitude. This role is responsible for coordinating delivery of media files, database entry by creating versions, uploading and downloading of media files, maintaining weekly tracker spreadsheets, and assisting the team to deliver programming media to various stakeholders within WBD.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Material Delivery with the Rest of the Media Logistics team
- Track and liaise with the International Media Logistics Team regularly on the delivery status of missing assets.
- Help Coordinate with programming team to obtain all necessary distribution delivery contacts.
- Help oversee the timely downloading of all programme materials.
- Communicate any situation that impacts the timely delivery of material to the Programming team.
- Manage prioritisation of materials delivery.
- Maintain IBMS updates and version creation.
- Manage asset deliveries to Affiliates/ Clients.

Media Preparation management
- Assist in the creation, updating and management of the Media Prep weekly trackers.
- Create and manage the Avid Requests and Rally work orders.
- Assist in the management of VOD prep weekly tracker sheets.
- Assist the rest of the Media Logistics team to manage captioning and AD requests and sending media to Able and playout.
- Help manage the temporary on-prem storage for media management.
- Create versions and DDU upload programmes as required.

Additional Tasks
- As requested from Senior Supervisor Media Logistics.
- Training peers as required.

QUALITIES REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of the television industry.
- Understanding of scheduling and traffic processes, industry and environment.
- Video editing skills.
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Relationship building skills.
- Manages time and resources effectively, very organized.
- Solves difficult problems through probing and analysis to reach effective solutions.
- Open to exploring different ideas, options and opportunities to further business objectives.
- Attention to detail - highly accurate.
- Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
- Is aware and understands the strategic business goals, both on an individual and team level, and how these relate to overall company objectives.
- Listens effectively in order to understand others viewpoints.
