Entain Australia and New Zealand is looking for a Broadcast Commercial Lead to join our Broadcasting team. As a Broadcast Commercial Lead you will be building and managing the success of Entain Media's advertising across all platforms, including Trackside TV, SENZ Radio, and digital channels. You will collaborate with our producers and foster a strong relationship with our external sales partner. Your focus is to build a successful commercial sales system surrounding the selling and advertising of sponsorships. As a key representative of Entain's vision and purpose, you are the bridge between our projects and our external outreach.

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. _This role will be based in Auckland, with time spent across both of our TAB and SENZ offices._

**Your day-to-day...**
- Build the Entain Media commercial business by implementing a successful commercial sales system across our tv, radio, and digital media platforms.
- Represent our current needs and desires, as well as post-campaign feedback, with our external advertising sales team by attending all meetings and communicating across teams.
- Implement and manage our sold campaigns by working with an external traffic team, our producers, on air talent, and control room crew.
- Ensure TV and radio inventory, plus sponsorship collateral, is keyed appropriately and kept up to date, including transmission removal after campaign completion.
- Nurture existing client relationships, including long standing Trackside clients who run small advertising spot campaigns.
- Search for commercial opportunities and develop possible properties for sale with our internal production team and external sales team.

**You're a match if you ideally have...**
- 3+ years experience in commercial sales and campaign implementation within the broadcasting space.
- Commercial radio knowledge and awareness of terminology is essential, with TV advertising experience as a bonus.
- An understanding and appreciation for live broadcasting, racing, and wagering is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills are critical for building relationships with stakeholders and collaboration across teams.
- A driven, resourceful, and autonomous approach to representing a business and managing external partner relationships.
