Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As our Technical Administrator, you will provide timely, effective and efficient technical administrative and support services to a team of compliance staff, including coordination of workflow and reporting across the team, dealing with enquiries and tracking issues, and supporting reviews from commencement through to resolution. We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who has previously worked in a technical environment to come and join our supportive and close-knit team. Your excellent communications skills, eye for detail and customer focus will be the key to your success. - Proven experience in an administrative role supporting technical people.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly developed computer literacy, including Word and Excel, and database management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service ethos.
- Analytical skills - able to identify anomalies in data.
- Experience identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Full class 1 drivers licence
- A regulatory competency course would be an advantage, though is not required
