At MIT, you'll ensure that our students receive high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate records and keeping their information up-to-date. You'll even have the chance to advise on insurance matters and manage student documentation with precision.

This is a varied role with plenty more to do requiring strong effective organisation and administration skills, with proficient use of Microsoft office. You need demonstrable communication and listening skills with an empathetic yet resilient personality and enjoy working in a multicultural setting.
