**Your Day to Day**
- Assisting in developing of new dishes and products
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly
- Manage day-to-day kitchen activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
- Educate and train team members in compliance with brand and service standards, and governmental regulations. Ensure staff have the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties.
- Assist in the development of menu design and concepts for all food and/or bar outlets, and catering events.
