**About The Role**

This role will work in our Body Corporate Team in Auckland and will be responsible for assisting a Body Corporate Specialist Broker in all aspects of client service and to work alongside the wider Body Corporate team to support growth and efficiencies in this area of the business.

The role requires someone who is a team player and who strives to achieve the best outcomes for both the client and the Company.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work alongside a Body Corporate Specialist in an administration capacity to help manage and grow the Body Corporate client portfolio.
- Assist with the preparation of all documentation for clients and insurers.
- Assist with client renewals in accordance with Marsh’s “Client First Principles” to deliver consistent quality service to our Body Corporate clients.
- Attend and participate in industry and client events to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
- Actively support and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the Company.

**What you need to have**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in using the Microsoft suite of office products.
- Be willing to work towards the completion of qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- A minimum of 3 years insurance industry experience.
