**Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)**

This role has three main focus points:

- Managing our organisational structure
- Acting as the first point of contact to triage all payroll technical queries

You will ensure that our organisation structure remains current and provide guidance and support to the HR and Payroll team with any issues.

This role is a key conduit between our Payroll BAU processing team and the Payroll technical team.

Our key focus in the payroll team is providing an excellent payroll service to our fellow colleagues. We strive for excellence in everything we do and are always open to new ideas on how to improve our service.

You will have:

- an interest in organisational structure management
- an interest in technical support and security management
- strong administration skills and meticulous attention to detail
- proven ability to work self-directed within a small team
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- demonstrate your ability to engage with and develop employees skills around the use of new technology, when working with wide ranging levels of IT competency
- proven ability to foster collaboration with stakeholders

Additionally, it would be advantageous if you had:

- experience with roster to pay systems
- experience with using AMS Software LEADER, ACTOR, SQL
