We are looking for a talented:
**Payroll / People & Capability Administrator**

**Full time: 80 hours per fortnight**

Based in our Richmond office as a member of a small People and Capability (P&C) team, this role is filled with variety while being largely responsible for end to end payroll processing, ensuring adherence with a range of Collective and Individual Employment agreement terms for staff working in different locations, including a 24/7 operating environment. A love of delivering to a high standard across a variety of workflows with a strong focus on helping others are keys to success.

We require the successful applicant to have in-depth payroll processing experience, thrive on attention to detail and enjoy bringing a sparkle to the daily mix. Experience with payroll processing for variable 24/7 operations and time and attendance systems is essential; Administration and/or Human Resources experience is highly desirable.
