This is a permanent, full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight. While the team are located in the Richmond Hub there is an opportunity for this role to be remote with a requirement to come onsite as a team periodically.
**Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?)**
You will have the skills to develop training material and provide support and training to staff to ensure that all tasks undertaken within the Payroll team are compliant and demonstrate best practice.
Attention to detail is a key skill for any payroll professional, but you will also need to be able to work with mínimal supervision and show initiative for process improvement; this will require you to have an advanced understanding of legislation and a demonstrated ability to understand complex employment agreements.
