**About the role**:
The role is focused on maintaining professionalism, accountability, and transparency within a reputable Crown Entity. The role is responsible for the effective and efficient handling of consumer enquiries, complaints and industry reports regarding possible breaches of the Act, regulations and rules.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Intake and jurisdiction
- Support for Handling enquiries
- Identifying risks
- Understanding and clarifying complex concerns
- Supporting the complaints process
- Training and support
**Key Requirements**:
- Expertise in legal/regulatory/compliance and/or complaint resolution functions and environments
- Proven Regulatory knowledge required
- Excellent organisation skills, written and verbal communication skills, facilitation and negotiation skills and techniques
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent training and/or experience is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
