**The Role**:
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive business success. Your job includes but is not limited to:

- Inspiring and leading a new team of 5+
- Driving results and high performance through training and development
- Management Operations including rostering, performance management, day-to-day store maintenance duties, stock control, loss prevention

**About You**:
You’ll need to be experienced, confident, dynamic and bring a true passion for sales and service.
- Strong leadership experience in an Assistant Manager or similar position
- A confident, resilient and outgoing personality
- High level of understanding and experience with retail operations.
- Ability to inspire and drive sales results through your team.
- Provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
- Adaptable, flexible and can work well under pressure
