To support their people through increasing growth, Enatel are looking for a Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead effective HR operations, champion the company culture and support managers in leading their successful teams.

**About the opportunity**

As part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the General Manager, the Senior HR Manager will be responsible for all HR operational activities, leading the people strategy, and championing the company’s culture and values. Where necessary, the Senior HR Manager will be tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing key HR programs and initiatives to continue to support the company’s culture as its growth trajectory progresses.

With overall accountability for driving business excellence through people, the Senior HR Manager will deliver on the company’s people resource strategy, partnering with managers to create and nurture an engaged and high performing work force through all HR operational activities. The Senior HR Manager will coach leaders so that they are empowered to manage their people effectively and confidently, and ensure the people related policies and approaches are executed using best practice consistently throughout the company.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will bring with you a strong legal understanding of HR related matters and have developed your career in commercially focused HR Management/Advisory roles - ideally within the manufacturing sector or similarly fast paced industries. Bringing with you a breadth of hands-on HR generalist experience you will thrive in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.

With an ability to switch between both a hands-on and strategic approach, you will demonstrate a natural passion for HR management with a desire to support continuous quality improvement for a business. Confident in your ability to build relationships, you will be comfortable advising and supporting key managers and your proactive and energetic approach will be complemented by your open communication style.

You will be a self-starter who is ready to get involved in all areas of HR functions, with a willingness to not only support in all areas where required, but in questioning and challenging the status quo, and encouraging new and better ways of working.
