**Salesforce Specialist**

**Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu**

The Purpose of this role is to lead the adoption and execution of Salesforce as a key tool for sales best practice. A key aspect of this role is to be the Solution Architect for Salesforce, having extensive experience in salesforce and the best practice of its use in a high performing sales environment. You will work closely with the BLT and Salesforce Product Owner to collect, scope and plan any requirements to harness and improve the Sales and Delivery processes in the Salesforce platform and consider any other systems in place along the journey from Lead-to-cash process. This role includes defining processes and features with Salesforce product owner to deliver the proposed solution; considering the scope provided is signed off from a technical point of view and taking the lead on the change management process for end users from a user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating training, and the operational support of the tool along with user adoption. You will be responsible for evaluating and improving data sets, overseeing business analytics and attainment planning. The idea of the role is to increase sales & delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

- Successful adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools. Ensure CRM data integrity and provide sales leaders with tools and training to optimize lead qualification and business improvements.
- Design and implement new sales and operations processes for Salesforce solutions, collaborating with the BLT and development teams to meet scoped requirements and deliver strategic business outcomes.
- Manage CRM change, release management, and risk mitigation, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing and seamless feature releases.
- Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to improve customer communication and engagement strategies using Account Engagement (AE) and drive compliance with marketing standards.
- Work closely with executive stakeholders to define, prioritize, and own the Salesforce roadmap, leveraging platform expertise to drive innovation, process improvements, and a high-performing sales team.
