That’s where you come in As our sole Mātanga Rārangi Utu Payroll Specialist is a key part of our People & Culture function. We count on you to ensure the accurate and smooth running of the monthly Z payroll function, keeping us compliant with relevant legalisation.

You will have a bias for action, be always looking for ways to simplify and improve, and build strong relationships to enable awesome collaboration across our wider People & Culture team.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Lead Z’s payroll function for around 500 employees
- Own the management and maintenance of position and payroll data
- Look at Payroll through an employee experience lens striving to deliver a great experience
- Initiate and delivery on continuous improvement projects
- Gain exposure to the wider People & Culture function
- Build relationships across Z and with external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- NZ payroll experience in a similar role
- Strong HR technology experience, working knowledge of PayGlobal is highly desired
- Payroll reporting experience
- Working knowledge of HR administration would be useful
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A drive to provide a great experience both within the immediate team and wider business
- The curiosity to think ‘how might we do this better?’ and act on that

The base salary range for this role is $76,500 to $90,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
