As a Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist with us, your focus will be on ensuing our employees are paid accurately and on time.
Using your end-to-end payroll knowledge and experience working with complex payrolls, you'll have a deep understanding of collective employment agreements, and employment legislation ensuring our employees get paid accurate and timely in accordance with a constantly changing environment.

**You'll also get involved in**:

- Investigating complex queries ensuring a resolution for all parties
- Regular payroll audits and checks
- Ensuring all exceptions are reviewed and processed within requisite timeframes.
- Identifying and implementing any process improvement opportunities
- Working closely with our leaders to ensure that pay is accurate
- Working within an outsourced model of the transactional work

Mōu - About you
As an experienced payroll specialist, you'll have proven experience working in complex end to end payrolls, along with strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, especially the holidays act.
You'll take real pride and ownership of your work, solving minor problems before they escalate into larger issues. As a senior in the team you'll provide guidance and mentoring to other team members, and your customer ethos will be second to none. You'll combine this with ability to build empathetic, value add and trusted relationships in all interactions.

- Adaptability and attention to detail
- Understanding the complexities of large, commercial organisations
- The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
