What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Super organised – You love ticking off to-do lists and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech-savvy – You can pick up new systems quickly and aren't afraid to figure things out.
  • A great communicator – You're approachable, friendly, and professional with both staff and clients.
  • A flexible problem-solver – You roll with the punches and handle new challenges with ease.
  • Experience in real estate – This is ideal but not a must.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
  • Being the first friendly face at reception – greeting guests, answering calls, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Smooth operator behind getting things running like clockwork.
  • Managing property listings across multiple platforms.
  • Supporting our sales team both in-office and remotely.
  • Coordinating property and office marketing.
  • Managing social media content.
  • Liaising with customers and staff.
  • Basic design work (bonus points for InDesign & Adobe skills).
Your Skill Set:
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • A can-do attitude and a love for learning.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
