Office Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated Office Administrator to join their team in this full time, permanent opportunity based in Tauriko.
This role is integral to the smooth running of the office by providing a high level of support to the Manager and wider team where you will look after a range of areas which include but will not be limited to:
- Customer service
- Scheduling service requests
- Timesheets
- Equipment inventory and ordering
- General administration tasks; filing, mail/couriers, data entry and word processing
To ensure success in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Solid all-round general administration experience
- A good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong customer focus
- High level of attention to detail
- A full drivers licence and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
This role would suit a professional, confident administrator who enjoys a fast-paced team environment where your ideas and input is encouraged, and you are empowered to guide and shape the business you work within.
