**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a dynamic **Activity Manager** to support the successful local implementation of all (innovation/renovation/secure/productivity) projects within our operations.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will lead the Product Approval for Factory (PAF), Change Management, and the Artwork processes for all projects. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for coordination and alignment between the Supply Point and the appropriate Business units for these processes.

You will:

- Provide visibility of all projects and interdependencies to all Project Leaders and escalate non-conformance to the leadership team as required.
- Ensure projects are implemented (in some cases with high levels of complexity) upon an agreed time, cost and specifications, with optimal visibility and alignment with the business guidelines.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the Activity Management function within NZ Supply Point (NZ SP).
- Key point of contact for all artwork changes and active stakeholder coordination.
- Provide support as a key person for the product introductions and market-related product changes and discontinuations within the NZ Supply Point.
- Ensure Project Leaders have accounted for demand vs supply implications/risks and have developed robust risk mitigation plans to ensure zero (at least mínimal) write-off.

About you

You are an energetic, proactive, confident, and process-oriented professional. Your prior experience of stakeholder engagement, working with multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and being part of a fast-paced work environment will be advantageous in this role.** **You enjoy taking ownership & responsibility and know how to act with speed, agility & pragmatism.

You could be a recent graduate with some professional experience looking for that next step in your career or someone with a sound technical background in Quality, Laboratory, Food Technology, or Nutrition looking to explore the project coordination world.

To be successful you will also have:

- A tertiary qualification in science, food technology, nutrition, chemistry, or similar
- Experience in manufacturing - pharmaceutical or FMCG environment is preferred
- Good eye for detail whilst being able to switch to the helicopter view
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo
- A natural disposition for customer orientation, skilled in influencing & persuading others
