**Job Description**:
- A passion for Food & Beverage, leading the pre-opening team in building and driving the vision and concept for Te Kaahu Bar & Restaurant
- Responsible for the efficient running of the Restaurant & Bar areas to obtain customer satisfaction while meeting the departmental budget.
- A ‘hands on’ approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide efficient food and beverage service.
- A 5-star service skill-set, creating a memorable cultural dining experience for our guests.
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Assist in developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience in a 5-star Food & Beverage Leadership role
- A passion for Food & Beverage and the ability to empower, lead and drive a service-excellence team of professionals.
- High-level communication & leadership skills, working in a fast-paced, 5-star environment
- Strong experience leading& inspiring people, including: recruitment, training, coaching and talent management.
