The Botanist is a busy seaside cafe and restaurant, and we are looking for a Bar Manager to lead our team.

The position will involve hiring, training, and managing staff on shift, running services, liaising with the kitchen, rostering, organising bookings, completing nightly cash ups, fortnightly stocktakes, and most importantly providing excellent customer service.

Some knowledge of plant based food, cocktails and craft beers is preferred, and barista skills are necessary.

Full training will be given and we offer a supportive work environment, with a great team, flexible working hours, incentive bonuses, staff meals and bar tabs, discounts at our other Wellington venues, and regular staff get togethers and training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
