**Your day to day**
As Restaurant & Lobby Bar Manager, you’ll partner with our kitchen team to manage the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable customer experience.

You’ll provide leadership direction to your team by maximising financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining memorable guest experiences and building awareness of our new restaurant in the local community. Always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills to develop and direct your team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts per week including days, evenings and weekends
- The ability to multitask & prioritise tasks efficiently
- 4+ years experience in a similar leadership role
- Diploma in business, hospitality management or similar
- High levels of organisation and be adaptable to meet the needs of the restaurant floor
