**The opportunity**:
My client is a large healthcare organisation who is looking for an administrator for a 2-week project starting ASAP. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

This role will suit someone used to working in a fast-paced environment and if you have worked in a healthcare environment even better My client is needing someone to start ASAP and this role will be for 2 weeks with the potential to be extended depending on how long fast the project is finished. This role will be based in East Hamilton.

**The role, in a nutshell**:
As an Administrator, your tasks will be:

- Scanning and uploading paper files into electronic records
- Accurate data entry, and adhering to confidentiality protocols
- General administration duties and providing office support as required
- Contribute positively to the team environment

**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is advantageous (but not required)
- Strong grammar, oral, and written skills
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Fast and accurate data entry and administration skills
- Either permanent residency or NZ citizenship
