Fantastic opportunity for an experienced team administrator/PA to support a 3 Service Managers within a large healthcare organisation.

**Some of the key duties of this assignment will include**:

- Proficient in Diary Management: Coordinating, maintaining and scheduling calendar appointments in Microsoft Outlook
- Coordinate meetings/workshops including document management, agendas, taking and preparing meeting minutes
- Assisting with documentation and presentations
- Filing and general administration duties
- Assisting with ad hoc project work as required

**To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following**:

- Must have 2 years plus of PA experience
- A positive attitude and professional manner is a must
- Experience working in public health is an advantage
- Competent with MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to take accurate minutes and follow up on action points
- Good formatting skills
- Excellent office administration skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service practices
- Confidential with a reputation for high integrity and discretion
