**Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity**

We are looking for an HR Systems Coordinator to join us, engaging across our People & Culture team, this is a varied role that will see you involved in projects that contribute to our critical business processes including recruitment, performance, promotion, and remuneration reviews. Through a lens of best practice, you’ll be ensuring system compliance, upgrade testing, effective systems reporting and contributing to user training guides and assisting with the integration of new users into the team. You’ll be an interface between users and vendors, alert to opportunities for beneficial ‘tweaks’ and upgrades which strengthen user experience and process outcomes. In this role, you will enjoy a dynamic blend of systems and project work, including:

- Providing top-notch support and training for people and culture systems, such as Ascender, PSE, Pivot Pay, and Cornerstone onDemand, ensuring high-quality assistance for users.
- Supporting systems for People & Culture processes like performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration.
- Ensure system compliance, test upgrades, create systems reports, and help with user training.
- Understanding stakeholders' business needs within the people and culture team and the wider business.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive training materials for the business and the people and culture wider team.

Furthermore, you will play a vital role in integrating new users into our team, promoting best practices and seamless collaboration.

If you have a couple of years of experience in HR systems and are now seeking your next step up, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a proactive, inquisitive individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. Your passion for systems, ability to dive right in, and desire for personal growth make you an ideal fit for this role. While experience in Cornerstone onDemand products, PSE, or Pivot is advantageous, it is not a necessity.
