We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Clinical Engineering team based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a newly created position, where you will manage and coordinate the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) as well as develop and coordinate a robust Quality Assurance Management System. You will also provide a reliable accurate and accessible record of all Clinical Engineering managed assets and activities across Counties Manukau District.
Working in partnership with colleagues and clinical staff by providing them with training and guidance relating to the data aspects required for asset management, full maintenance records, equipment disposal and replacement planning data, as well as to collaborate and implement a robust Quality Assurance Management System.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (level 6 or higher) and/or Clinical Engineering.
- Relevant Clinical engineering technical experience at a senior level with extensive experience in health technology data and information management and/or quality assurance processes and systems (minimum 3+ years)
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (particularly in MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Experience working with ECRI Aims or similar Asset Management Systems

This is a full term permanent position working Monday to Friday.
