As the LPG Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will lead support and guide a team responsible for providing LPG engineering and maintenance expertise. This role will have you provide Technical Authority and specialist support to LPG sites and the wider business, whilst developing and implementing lifecycle strategies for acquiring, operating, and maintaining our LPG assets

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that safety by design is built into, and delivered across our LPG assets and sites
- Ensuring the engineering standards are delivered to meet legislative requirements, our own standards, and align with wider Genesis policy, procedure and standards
- Making the design, build, and maintenance of LPG installations innovative and industry leading
- Undertaking a review and analysis of suppliers in conjunction with procurement and ensure appropriate contracts are in place
- The ongoing supplier selection, onboarding, and contract management to ensure Genesis requirements are met
- Working with Wholesale Operations to ensure aligned and effective use of Maximo Asset Management systems

**About you**:

- Effective people management and performance improvement skills
- Industry related engineering and maintenance management skills and experience
- Project Management experience
- Proven ability to lead projects and business improvement initiatives
- Proven influencing skills

We are looking for someone who has an engineering or technical background and Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline. You will naturally create a positive first impression and affiliate well with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the organisation. You will be socially confident, quick to build rapport and have proven influencing skills.
