About the role:


The LPG Asset Management team now have a 7-month fixed-term or secondment opportunity available for an LPG Asset Management Coordinator.


In this role you will develop, coordinate, and maintain systems and procedures that support the business or compliance objectives and strategic goals of Genesis Energy.

You will be responsible for maintaining up to date information about Genesis' LPG assets across asset databases and systems and support the implementation and maintenance of the LPG Quality Management System.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing Location Compliance Certificates (LCC's) for Genesis managed LPG storage facilities
  • The ongoing enhancement of the documentation in the Quality Management System
  • Managing the engineering drawings and documentation to ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Lead and LPG Technical specialists to support the maintenance program using Maximo
  • To support the LPG purchasing process

About you:

We are looking for someone with well-developed communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.

You will be highly organised with the ability to drive issues, proactively influence others and interface well with colleagues and contractors.

Although LPG experience is not a requirement, any of the following skills would be looked on favourably:

  • Experience in a similar/related role.
  • Experience working with structured and formal HSE processes and systems.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation and process map workflows
  • Excel skills.
