**_ Additional Recruitment Information:_**
- Part of the recruitment process will include an assessment centre, currently scheduled for _**_Thursday_**_ _**_29th June 2023_**
- Salary range: _**_$50,586 - $64,754 per year_**

Our Customer Service Representatives operate on a rotating shift Roster across both part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full-time. Some occasional evening and weekend work is expected, although the majority of shifts will fall during normal business hours.
- Hours of work: We have a number of permanent positions available. Options are:_
- _ Full-time: 37.5 - 40 hours (5 x 7.5 - 8 hour days)_
- _ Full-time: 40 hours (4 x 10 hour days)_
- _ Part-time: 20-25hours (5 x 4-5 hours days)_
- The positions advertised will be rostered shifts with the earliest start time being 5.00am and the latest finish time being 10.30pm._
- Location: Initially roles will be based at Christchurch City Council Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, however after a period of time, some shifts may be allocated at other Council facilities._
