- We have an exciting new opportunity available for an Administrator ‘superstar’ to join our team based in Wellington. In this busy and varied role, you’ll be providing planning and administration support to our Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Team.**The role**
Reporting to the Corrective Maintenance Delivery Manager, you’ll be bringing your excellent collaboration skills to the fore as daily communication and liaising with the team will be a big aspect of this role. You will undertake tasks like packaging, tracking of tasks, and coordination of tasks with sub-contractors and financial profitability of tasks completed. Along with these, you’ll also:
- Support the PM & CM Maintenance Delivery Managers with Maintenance matters for the region as per FSA requirements
- Monitor and analyse resources, plant and equipment along with tracking and coordination of multiple tasks
- Be the contact point for communication regarding Preventative and Corrective maintenance
- Coordinate tasks raised by the Asset Inspectors to ensure network sustainability and desired outcomes
- Provide support to the Project Managers where required

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be detail-focussed and able to see the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- System-savvy and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organisational skills, detail-focussed with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
