**Job Summary**

We are seeking a driven and organised individual to join our team as Asphalt Plant Administrator. Based from the Ngauranga Asphalt Production Plant in Wellington, you will play a fundamental support role to our asphalt plants in the Lower North and South Islands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure data entry and cost monitoring are up-to-date and costs are posted to the correct cost codes
  • Provide administration and coordination support for day-to-day operations
  • Champion a Zero Harm culture by promoting and adhering to health and safety policies
  • Support colleagues within the hub model as required

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly approach
  • Previous experience in a high-volume administrative role
  • The flexibility to adjust daily tasks to align with business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (essential)
  • Knowledge and experience of JD Edwards, Speedscan, and Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous
