I am currently recruiting for an SAP FMIS Administrator, to join a Financial Systems Management team, with a public sector client.
The FMIS Administrator will provide effective and efficient support to the FMIS, undertaking maintenance, development and improvement initiatives.
**Other Duties Include**:
- Management and administration of financial structures including chart of accounts, cost centre hierarchy and maintenance of the reporting hierarchy.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of the assets register as required
- Assist with the preparation, management and revie of all financial procedure documentation
- Undertake and work alongside projects in the FMIS space
- Coordinate first-level SAP systems issues, supporting the wider finance team and any other users as required
- Undertake remedial action in a timely manner to resolve system problems
- Manage and continuously improve controls and security around the FMIS
- Previous experience in a Systems Administration role, in the FMIS space
- Previous experience working with SAP, is nonnegotiable
- A strong ability to hit the ground running in a SAP FMIS environment
- Excellent ability to communicate across stakeholders and internal teams
