**Te Kaiārahi**

The Kaiārahi are the Regional Māori Leads, (reporting to Pou Ārahi) and partner to the Regional Managers, together they provide leadership and support to the Regions services, partners, and Internal/ External Stakeholders. The Kaiārahi are change agents who facilitate and enable system-wide change in advancing the organization's aspiration to become a "Tangata Tiriti organization" Our workforce is our most important asset, the development and support of our workforce to become informed Tangata Tiriti and Tangata Whenua practitioners is a priority.

All of this development aims to ensure that our Tangata Whaiora and Whānau and how Te Puna Ora provides the mentoring, the enablers, and the tools for our Kaimahi to improve our cultural responsiveness to services and practice whilst eliminating the health inequalities that Māori experience daily.

**He Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga | The Role**:
You will play an integral and active part in the regional leadership to influence and lead how services and tikanga are delivered throughout the region. The relationships you build and the networks you bring to the role will ensure you're successful.

You will have a blended schedule working autonomously, interacting with Regional Teams, and supporting services and Kaimahi at a local level.
- Full-time permanent| Monday - Friday
- Requires travel across Central (Te Matau-ā-Māui to Te Whanganui-a-Tara/ Inter-regional
- Flexible working approach that goes both ways
