Description

The Regional Dual Disability Services is currently looking for a newly created Administrator role to join their team based at 6/17 Lambie Drive.
This is an exciting new role in which you will be responsible for supporting the service; ensuring accurate information is available for clinical professionals and the medical filing system is updated in a timely manner.
This is a part time role working 24 hours a week Monday to Friday, days and times are negotiable.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, can take initiative and have a real eye for detail. You will be providing administration and customer service support by both telephone and in person, so a strong customer service focus with a clear and friendly manner is essential. Previous administration experience is important for this busy role and knowledge of a hospital environment, particularly in mental health would definitely be an advantage.Essential:

- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
- Full NZ driver's license

The salary band for this role is between $54,178 to $64,062 pro-rata, dependent on skills and experience.
