Due to an internal promotion, we have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Ecommerce team. You could work Monday to Friday or Saturday plus four weekdays.

Experience within the retail industry or sales would be advantageous, however the main attributes we are looking for are:

- Pride yourself on your customer service by assisting our customers to find the answers to questions and help them to make informed decisions
- A passion for customer service and the latest products and services (although training will be provided to keep you on the forefront)
- Excellent communication, understanding, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on written English, are super important to align customer’s expectations and needs
- Flexibility to work public holidays when required.
